For mint issues, include your public wallet address, Base transaction hash, token ID (if available), and a brief description. A screenshot can help, but remove sensitive details first. No response-time guarantee is offered.
Stay safe
Support will never need your seed phrase, private key, password or remote control of your wallet. Do not send tokens to someone claiming a fee is needed to unlock a reward.
Verify the right project
Check the addresses on our Contracts page. Social accounts and marketplace collections should be verified against official project links; a shared name or logo is not enough.
