Understand the risks.
Price, liquidity and total loss
Tokens and NFTs can lose all value. Trading may be unavailable, prices can move sharply, and selling can involve high slippage. A quoted price or NFT rarity rank is not a guarantee of a buyer or resale value.
Mint economics
The 50,000-token mint reward is denominated in KABOOM, not dollars. It is not interest or recurring yield. The separate token burn reduces supply but creates no guaranteed cash value or token/NFT price increase.
Smart contracts and wallets
Contract bugs, malicious approvals, compromised keys, network outages and wallet mistakes can cause losses. Confirm the network, contract and amount. Confirmed transactions generally cannot be reversed. Gas may be charged for failed transactions.
Owner and metadata controls
The NFT owner can update price and the metadata base URI. Artwork depends on accessible hosting; a host outage or metadata change can alter what wallets display. Public files can expose artwork before minting. The mint uses sequential IDs, not verifiable randomness.
No promised utilities or protection
No guaranteed income, floor price, buyback, exchange listing, roadmap delivery or resale market is offered. External services have separate rules and availability. Consider your own circumstances and obtain independent advice when needed.
Taxes and applicable rules
Your activity may have tax or legal consequences depending on your circumstances and location. You are responsible for understanding applicable obligations. This page does not determine your legal eligibility or tax treatment.
