Token ownership
The blockchain records ownership of the NFT. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights are separate from ownership of a token. Buying or transferring an NFT does not by itself transfer those rights.
License status
The project has not yet published an approved personal-use or commercial-use license for Agent X-84 artwork. Do not assume permission for merchandise, branding, sublicensing or commercial derivatives. Existing rights under applicable law are unaffected.
Before launch
The project must confirm who can license the artwork and publish the scope, duration, transfer conditions and any restrictions. Any third-party components require appropriate rights. Questions or permissions requests: support@thehouseofjoshi.com.
